I have 31+ years of real estate industry experience and I have been extremely fortunate to have been coached, mentored & to have worked alongside some very talented people in my career.    

I started my real estate career at 20 yrs old as a real estate sales person and I’ve built & managed top performing real estate offices and managed large regions of real estate offices generating over $2 billion in annual sales volume and over $60 million in annual revenues.  The business I managed consisted of thousands of agents, dozens of managers and partnered with hundreds of loan officers and title salespeople.  Along with my teams, we facilitated tens of thousands of real estate transactions. 

I've seen a lot, I'm grateful beyond words for all of the opportunities and experiences I've enjoyed.  

Today, as Founder and Principal of Blue Sky Capital Advisors,  I have a singular focus;  I am entirely focused on providing the right capital solution for each and every funding opportunity we work on.  

Our product and client pipeline is diverse. I currently have loans in my pipeline that range from $88,000 to $7.5MM and I look at every opportunity to provide capital as an opportunity to learn and build a relationship. I arrange funding for real estate investors and commercial property owners in 44 states in the US.
