Across his career he has structured and placed more than $2 billion in transaction volume and built working relationships with 100+ capital sources — banks, private-credit funds, agency, and bridge lenders. On a complex multifamily or commercial deal, that network is the difference between a “no” and a closing: the file goes to the lender most likely to fund it, presented the way that lender needs to see it.
